TILE FLOOR GROUT

With my first entry into the grout game, I found the process pretty easy overall. Obviously you need to follow the steps that are on the bag and use the correct tools for the job. You also want to clean the tiles off at the correct time.

Make sure to buy all the things you need at once
Remove any morter that is between the tiles as it will show through the tile
Follow instructions on the back of the grout bag
Wear a mask when working with cement dust
Mix the grout in accordance with the bag instructions
Fill the tile spaces with grout, make sure the spaces are very full
Remove excess grout with the float. work at 45 degree angle to the tile cracks
Wait for 15 to 30 minutes before washing
Use clean water and sponge to gently wipe off tile. Don't scrub your crack. Be gentle.
Get a fresh bucket of water and wipe the tiles down again.
Let dry and then use the haze remover. For a large area you might want to use a mop. For a small area the shop towels were fine.
Let your grout dry for about a day before getting into heavy traffic.
