BATTERY REPLACEMENT

I thought that I would be able to work inside for the majority of the winter, but it turns out there was work to do outside. Changing out a battery is a fast and easy job as long as you have picked out the correct battery for your vehicle.

It will be necessary to remove the battery cover
10 mm nuts secure the battery terminal connectors
10 mm nuts also secure the battery hold down bracket
Once the bolts are out the bracket lifts off and the battery can be removed
Remove plastic caps from new battery
Drop in new battery and replace battery hold down bracket
Replace the battery terminals
Replace the battery cover
